Construction site management

To assist with implementation of the planning services that we provide, we can offer administrative services to our clients or take over the entire site management as needed. HGH employees can also provide the services for outside projects. To follow is a list of some of the services that we offer:

• Prepare building site regulations, set up and vacate the building site, construction site equipment
• Prepare a safety and health plan in line with safety and environmental protection laws
• Calculate and schedule jobs and workflow
• Supervise and log jobs, monitor progress (target/performance comparison)
• Quality assurance and inspection of incoming goods and quality assessment
• Building site organization, allowance control and release, accounting
• Organization, performance and documentation of acceptance tests
• Commissioning support, training operating personnel, preparation of start-up programs, performance runs
• Assisting personnel in preparing for and implementing plant stoppages
• Tests

The Industrial Safety Regulation (BetrSichV) requires operators to test pressure tanks and pipes according to regulations before startup, on a regular schedule and following changes pursuant to §§ 14, 15 and Annex 5. We possess a team of technicians who are capable of performing such tests. As authorized technicians, they can also perform tests of equipment pursuant to § 10 BetrSichV in regard to pressure hazards according to the client hazard assessment.
Our authorized technicians possess the necessary qualifications and experience for performing tests prior to startup and scheduled testing, and they possess the expertise to monitor the quality of finished jobs and final documentation.
