Process engineering

We offer services in all engineering phases of a project such as:
 Process design and simulation
 Calculating capacity and establishing guarantee values
 Developing a logistics system
 Balance sheets of materials and energy, calculating pressure loss
 Thermal engineering calculations
 Automation planning
 Preparing and updating basic, process and equipment flow charts as well as piping and instrumentation flow charts
 Preparing process data sheets for equipment and instruments
 Specification of devices, machines and instruments
 Development of piping lists with pipe dimensions and Pressure Equipment Directive (DGRL) rating
 Configuration of safety and respiratory valves
 Specification of fittings and special fittings, pipe class selection
 Safety consultation/support, risk assessments or HAZOP studies
 Identification of explosive zones
 Approval stage planning according to the Federal Pollution Control Act (BImSchG) or other regulations requiring permits
 Cost calculation (cost estimation with different levels of precision according to the planning phase)
The aforementioned services are primarily provided in a basic engineering phase or comparable steps (pre-basic/extended basic).
